NOTES: Two UMR career records fell as the Miners snapped a four-game losing streak. Nathan Wojtkiewicz scored two unassisted goals in a span of 4:07 in the second half, allowing him to break the school record for goals in a career. Wojtkiewicz now has 37 career goals; he had tied Kurt O'Brien's record on Sept. 16 against Lincoln. In addition, the shutout recorded by Todd Wilfling was his 10th, which broke the mark that was held by Steve Temme. The win was also the Miners' fourth straight over the Rivermen.
