Conference Registration
Registration Dates
· Advanced Registration Opens: July 15, 2009 updated to July 25
· Advanced Registration Closes: September 1, 2009
· Authors must register by and submit their final papers by August 15, 2009 extended to August 24
The on-line registration link is http://its.papercept.net/registration/index.php (using the conference management system) is strongly encouraged. Registration requires a log-in. Users of the Papercept System who already have an account (e.g., authors) should use that account to log in. Others will need to create a new account by following the "new user profile" link on the above on-line registration page.
All conference attendees must register. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants.
All registered participants will receive admission to the welcome reception and one set of the conference proceedings in CD-ROM format. Member and Non-Member registration also includes the Gala Dinner and Keynote Lunch. Registration fees are shown in table below. Registrants who are members of IEEE may register at the Member rate. Reduced Rates are only applicable to students and the retirees.
ITSS POLICY: One regular registration fee (member
or nonmember rate, not reduced rate
or one-day rate) at the advance registration rates must be paid by one of the
authors before uploading the final version of the paper for inclusion in the
conference.

· Extra Pages Over the Six-Page Limit for Papers: $100 per page (A paper of eight (8) pages would cost $200)
· Extra papers by an author beyond the first paper: $325 per paper (A full registration is required for the first paper upload; reduced-rate or one day registrations do not receive paper upload privileges.)
· Additional CD-ROM Proceedings: $20 each
· Exhibitor Booth: $550
