General Author Information
The ITSC 2009 program will feature invited keynote
presentations, multiple technical paper tracks, special sessions, tutorials,
and exhibits. Papers will be refereed
and published in the conference record.
The proceedings will be available on CD-ROM. Proposals for Special Sessions are
encouraged.
ITSS POLICY: One regular registration fee (member or nonmember rate, not reduced rate) at the advance registration rates must be paid by one of the authors before uploading the final version of the paper for inclusion in the conference.
Invitation Letters (for visas, etc.) are available by following these instructions.
Paper and Special Sessions Proposal Submission
Complete manuscripts in PDF format must be electronically submitted for peer-review in IEEE standard-format through the Papercept System. Write the manuscripts using the two-column IEEE Format. A pdf example (PDF TEMPLATE LINK) and a Word template are available (Word TEMPLATE LINK). The link for submitting papers through the Papercept System is http://its.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl.
Paper Page Limits
Page limit for initial submissions is eight (8) pages. For accepted papers, the page limit for final submission without additional cost is six (6) pages. For accepted papers, the absolute page limit for final submission is eight (8) pages and the additional cost for the seventh and eighth pages is $100 per page. (A paper of eight (8) pages would cost an additional $200.)
