Student Registration
Must be currently enrolled student and present valid student ID at conference check-in. Student registration includes entrance into all conference sessions, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and reception.
Exhibitor Provisions:
- Full registration privileges for one individual - admission to all conference events, proceedings (Abstract book and CD), continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, reception and banquet
- 10' wide x 8' deep floor space
- 6' skirted table
- One 20 amp Electrical Outlet (4 plugs)
Single Space includes one exhibit space and provisions mentioned above.
Double Space includes two exhibit spaces and provisions mentioned above.
Addn'l Personnel - discounted fee for additional exhibitors (maximum of two). Must be paid with the exhibitor fee. These fees include full registration privileges.
Cancellation Policy

No refunds after this date. Individual exhibitors may be substituted at any time.

$50.00 Cancellation fees assessed through June 30, 2008
