Exhibition

An exhibition of instruments, equipment, software, and publications in geotechnical engineering will be held in conjunction with the conference. Interested organizations and persons should submit their reservations for booth space by completing the exhibit reservation request along with the conference registration form.

Exhibitor - General Instructions

Provisions:

  • full registration privileges for one individual - includes admission to all conference events, proceedings (Abstract book and CD), continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, reception and banquet
  • 10’ wide x 8’ deep floor space
  • 6’ skirted table
  • One 20 amp electric outlet (4 plugs)

Cost (USD) ($100 discount applied if paid before 4/30/08):
$1,150 - single space; one exhibitor
$1,750 - double space; one exhibitor
$ 600 - discounted fee for additional exhibitor

Set Up and Tear Down:
Exhibits may be set Tuesday, August 12, 2008 from 1:00-5:00 pm
Conference adjourns on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at noon
Exhibits must be cleared by Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 3:00 p.m.

Exhibition Hours:
Specific schedule and hours to man your exhibition will be provided at a later date. Times will typically follow the schedule developed for the conference

Wednesday (8/13/08) through Friday (8/15/08)
8:00 am – noon and 1:00 pm – 5:00 daily

Saturday, 8/16/08
8:00 am - noon

We will provide as much exposure as possible by scheduling the social events (breaks, reception, etc.) in and around the exhibition area.

Additional Services:
Phone/data connection, video, lighting, etc. (if required) are available directly from the hotel. Forms to request these services will be sent with your exhibit registration confirmation.

Shipping:
Hotel has limited storage space. Items should be shipped to arrive at hotel no earlier than 3-days prior to beginning of event (8/12/08). Storage fee will be charged if received earlier. Specific questions may be directed to the hotel's Director of Shipping and Receiving
