Complete manuscripts are due by November 1, 2007.
Authors should submit the following:
●CD-R (Not CD-RW) containing manuscripts in two file formats
(.pdf and .doc)
●Copyright Transfer Agreement, duly signed by authorized author
●Printed copy of your manuscript (printed from .pdf version submitted)
●Photo of each author in .jpg of .gif (presized to 1.25" wide by 1.75" tall
●Extended Abstract (for printing in Proceedings Abstract Volume)
